AABH Diversity Leadership Fellows Academy Scholarship

The African American Behavioral Health Diversity Leadership Fellows Academy (AABH-DLFA) is designed for emerging African American behavioral health professionals who have been in the field for one to three years. The academy is designed to support the individual uniqueness of the African American culture, norms, values, and morals that may be antithetical to the organization they serve, enhance the capacity, and strengthen the networks of early careers under-represented in the behavioral health field. Participation will amplify behavioral health professionals’ leadership abilities, integrate holistic self-care, and support African American Leaders to say yes to their values and to “pivot” when the system may call for a level of misalignment. The six-month academy will be from March 2023 – September 30, 2023.

Applications will open on November 29, 2022

Application deadline: December 29, 2022

Applicants will be notified no later than: January 17, 2022
