Registration fee includes: Welcome Reception on July 25th and all plenary sessions (6.5 CMEs) on July 26th to include continental breakfast, coffee break, networking luncheon, access to PPTs post-event. The Short Course (3.0 CME) & Coffee Break offered on July 25th are offered free-of-charge for any attendee who wishes to add that on to their registration.
